In Hibiki Blender's Choice, wine barrel-aged base spirits impart a delightful fruity aroma, distinguishing its character.
Crafted with blending mastery, it delivers a smooth, approachable taste with minimal alcohol harshness, defying its non-age statement.

Its aroma is reminiscent of wild strawberries, white peaches, and pineapples, while the taste brings a rounded sweetness and pleasant acidity, ending with a lingering finish for a delightful experience.

Tasting Notes

Color: Reddish amber
Nose: Wild raspberry, white peach, pineapple, creme brulee

Mr. Kosho has been indispensable in introducing Japan's finest alcohol to Singapore and has garnered acclaim at esteemed competitions.

With meticulous attention to quality, he personally tastes every alcohol he imports, leveraging his connections to directly request breweries to bring them to Singapore.

Japanese breweries are famously selective, but Mr. Kosho's expertise and dedication has made him a trusted partner, which allows him to leverage his networks to bring in the best of Japan’s alcoholic offerings to Singapore as an official distributor.

His accolades include honors from prestigious organizations like the Japan Bartenders Association and the World Bartenders Association. Additionally, until 2005, he served as the Deputy Director of External Affairs for the Kanto Branch of the Japan Sommelier Association.

Story of Suntory Hibiki

Suntory Whisky "Hibiki" is crafted by blending the base spirits distilled at three domestic distilleries owned by Suntory (Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita).
