Cake that melts in your mouth
It is completely different from the normal chocolate cake.
Using top quality couverture chocolate used by professional chocolatiers, containing 35% cocoa solids, for a soft, melty fluid texture.
Due to the characteristic of the chocolate, you can enjoy a chocolate cake that is soft and melts instantly in your mouth, together with soft cream from jersey milk.
Finished with a layer of couverture chocolate onto the melty sponge, topped with pistachios.
Completely Handmade, no coloring, flavoring, or bulking agents
The roll cakes are made with the utmost care and attention to detail, and are completely handmade by 20 patissiers, pursuing professional taste and effort to each roll.
A small blender is used to make sure the cream is well blended. The oven is fixed where the patissier bakes the sponges slowly, keeping it fluffy and moist while paying close attention.
They even built their kitchen inside a milk shop in search of the fresh and richest taste of milk from a farm. Please enjoy the harmony of the freshly squeezed Jersey milk in thick cream.

Yukigamine Farm is located in the upper reaches of the clear Monobe River on the outskirts of Tosa Yamada Town, Kochi Prefecture.
On a vast 120-hectare farm, only 60 Jersey cows are kept free range all year round The cows eat the shoots of the healthy grass, sleep in the shade of the forest trees, and live in a relaxed, stress-free, and very happy way.
The milk is pasteurized at 65 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes from Jersey cow.
