Hydrangea Tea, also called amacha in Japan, direct translated to "sweet tea". 

It is a variety of the mountain hydrangea which contain a substance called phellodulcin, releasing sweetness through fermentation.

The sweetness is said to be about 1,000 times sweeter than sugar!

How to enjoy Yuzu Sweet Hydrangea Tea

1. Put the tea in a teapot or other container and pour hot water over it.
2. Cover and wait about 1-2 minutes before serving.
