Sliced raw apples
pressed into thin, crispy, crackers.

When you open the package, you will enjoy the aroma of apples!

From Nagano, Japan, an award-winning elegant confectionery that you can enjoy a fragrant aroma at the same time of the taste.

"There is no product with such a good balance of sweetness and sourness".

- a comment by Michelin Chef

While many products like apple pie focus on the sweetness of apples, this cracker has such a well-balanced taste that even a Michelin chef commented.

The secret:
Japanese Fresh Apple, sliced right before baking

Fresh apples were sliced just before baking and place them on top of the dough to create a cracker with not only sweetness, but also aroma and acidity.

To take advantage of the apple's natural aroma, sweetness, and acidity, it's recommend enjoying it with black tea, green tea, oolong tea.

Pairing it with white wine to bring out the balance of the aroma, sweetness, and acidity of the apple is another way of enjoying it. When combined with sweet fruity cocktails, its moderate acidity will surely open up a new taste sensation!

Award-winning sweets representing Japan

In 2022, it is the 7th consecutive year that the company were awarded the highest 3-star ranking in the *iTQi International Taste Competition, earning the title of "Diamond Taste Award", the highest taste title.

The members of the jury change every year (every three years), making it extremely difficult for a product to win consecutive awards.

Up to 2015, 10 products have received the Diamond Taste Award, including food and beverage products from all over the world, and only 3 products including this Crispy Whole Sliced Apple Cracker from the Japanese food and beverage industry.

*The iTQi is made up of prestigious European chefs and sommeliers. iTQi judges are thoroughly blindfolded (product names and brands are not revealed) and only products with an average of 90 points or more are awarded the highest 3-star rating.

A sweet representing Japan, globally.

At the "Emperor's Birthday Reception" held at the Embassy of Singapore in December 2010, it was officially adopted as a gift confectionery representing Japan for the 500 people in attendance.

Also, in May 2016, it was introduced as representative Japanese sweets at the "Japan-Arab Economic Forum" held in Casablanca, Morocco, where they were widely tasted by the attendees and received favorable reviews.

It's well-received in Japan!

"If I find it, I will definitely buy it.
They are so good that I eat a whole box at once".

"The aroma of apples wafts through the air as soon as the wind blows, and the aroma alone is delicious, and when you eat it, the cracker portion is rich with apples, making you feel like you are eating apples as they are".

”Ever since I received one as a gift, I became addicted to it".

The secret of its delicious taste

More than 50% of the ingredients of it are apples.

The secret of its deliciousness lies in the apples themselves.

The varieties of apples used for the ingredients are all representative Japanese apple varieties such as Fuji, Shinano Sweet, Shinano Gold, Akiei, Benidama, Chiaki, and Ohorin.

The sugar content, moisture content, acidity, and other characteristics vary slightly depending on the variety, so the baking temperature is adjusted to bring out 100% of the deliciousness of the apples.
