Fresh, Creamy and Natural Sea Urchin

They're Creamy and Sweet

It is known for its inherent sweetness and exceptional creaminess, a rarity that makes it a favorite at high-end establishments across Japan.

Quality that Rivals Fresh Uni

It's Natural, Free from the Use of Alum

To ensure the sweet and creamy flavor, they employ our unique additive-free process, refraining from any processing such as steaming or heating.

All Processed by Hand

They process only freshly harvested sea urchin completely by hand, as it cannot maintain its shape for extended periods compared to sea urchin treated with alum.

Freshly Caught in Hokkaido

Only the exceptionally fresh, seasonal catch from the Uni kingdom of Hokkaido.

Doesn't Drip and Maintains its Shape even after Thawing

Fresh sea urchin typically loses its shape and easily melts when frozen.
However, through a 'special freezing technique,' it retains it is.
