HOW TO COOK

Season the NON-MARINATED YAKINIKU with Steak Salt before cooking .
The MARINATED YAKINIKU is ready to cook and requires no additional seasoning.
味のついていない焼き肉はステーキソルトを振って、味付きのお肉はそのまま調理してくだい。

For maximum flavour, sear the YAKINIKU on a Hot-Plate or BBQ at the highest setting until it achieves a nice, golden brown color.
Remember to flip it only once during cooking.
いい焼き色になるまで強火で焼いてください。

Serve the WAGYU-X YAKINIKU fresh off the flame, while it's still hot and juicy!
