Bring forth the cultivation of blood oranges from Italy in Uwajima City, Ehime Prefecture for over 30 years. In 2008, they succeeded in their own Ehime-grown blood oranges in the region.

While Italy produces about 800,000 tons of blood oranges annually, Ehime Prefecture produces only a few dozen tons of blood oranges, which makes Ehime-grown blood oranges extremely rare.

1. Ehime-grown Blood Orange Vinegar
