1. Condiments Rice
Ingredients
Slow cooked Soft Saury
Ginger
Shiso leaves
Rice
Preparation
Simply cook rice, top with Slow cooked Soft Saury, and place chopped ginger and shiso leaves on top.
The shiso leaves and ginger can be mixed as shown in the photo before placing on top for a clean look.

2. Sauteed radish with sesame oil
Ingredients
Soft Saury
1/8 Japanese radish
Soft Saury Sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
A little of mitsuba (mitsuba leaves)
Appropriate amount of sesame seeds
Preparation
1) Cut radish into chunks
2) Cut Soft Saury into 1/3.
3) Heat sesame oil in a frying pan, add radish and saute slowly over medium heat.
4) When browned, add the secret sauce and stir-fry, and finally add the soft saury and mix gently.
5) Arrange in a serving dish and top with mitsuba leaves and sesame seeds.
