Shizuoka Matcha and Kakegawa Tea?

Both are the signatures of tea from Shizuoka.

Kakegawa tea is characterized by its lightness and elegance, as well as its richness, sweetness, and mildness, making it a favorite tea of the Japanese that can be accepted by everyone.

Shizuoka Matcha is sometimes referred to as one of Japan's "2 Best Teas" along with Uji tea. The high quality matcha grown in the long hours of sunlight and mild climate is highly regarded as the "Shizuoka Matcha" brand.

How to Enjoy

You can enjoy it chilled or hot!

1. Chilling it in the refrigerator increases its stickiness and makes it even tastier.
2. Be sure to transfer it to a heat proof container and microwave it at 600w for 1 minute. It can be served as warm kuzuyu.
