Organic Wasabon - Japanese sugar
Wasabon has an elegant, mild sweetness, and is characterized by the smooth texture that melts in the mouth.
Wasanbon is a type of traditional pure Japanese sugar that has a history of over 200 years. It is mainly used in the making of Japanese sweets.
Wa means Japanese and Sanbon means grinding three times on a tray. Wasabon is made through a number of processes which takes weeks, and it is only produced in eastern Shikoku, and is considered a premium sugar in Japan.
Bitter Chocolate Cream Rare Pound Cake
The soft and fluffy texture of the bittersweet cocoa dough filled with chocolate cream made with cocoa beans from Ghana and sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Story of Ichikawa Seika (Confectionery)
In 1949, shortly after the end of the war, Yuzaburo Ichioka decided that he wanted to provide children with nourishing food.
This was the beginning of Ichioka Seika.
The sugar, which was very precious in those days, was boiled in a pot. The factory was filled with a sweet smell.
After the sweets were made everyone would gather around for breakfast. The company was like a family.
They hope people feel familiar with vegetables, grains, and fruits from Tokushima prefecture.
They wanted to give shape to this idea.
From their unpretentious sweets, they hope people feel the climate of Tokushima prefecture that they love and the kindness of our creators.
