Commitment to Ingredients

1. Red Bean

Special red bean paste is made from red beans from Tokachi, Hokkaido, with the spring water from Mount Hiura, in Kita, Hiroshima prefecture, famous for its beautiful water.

2. Flour

Using rice flour produced in Hiroshima Prefecture, in hope that through the sweets, the "deliciousness of Hiroshima'' will reach the whole country and beyond. Flours used are all produced in Japan.

3. Water

The life of red bean paste is water.

Making bean paste using spring water from Mount Hiura, Kita, Hiroshima prefecture famous for its beautiful water. The bean factory is located near Mount Hiura.

The bean paste has a soft texture like a freshly made rice cake. The dough is made with the bitterness of matcha green tea, and the result is a confectionary with both texture and flavor.

4. Sweet Potato (2pcs)

Made with most famous Naruto Kintoki sweet potato produced in Tokushima prefecture. The sweet and chewy taste is especially popular among women.

5. Rice cake Mochi (2pcs)

White bean paste made from white kidney beans is used to make the sticky mochi bean paste. It has a slight yuzu flavor.

6. Citrus Fromage (2pcs)

 Danish cream cheese with the sweet and sourness of Setouchi's Iyokan Citrus, Naruto Mikan and Yuzu are a perfect match.

7. Seaweed Salt Chocolate (2pcs)

 This chocolatey filling is accented with signature seaweed salt, which is made by an ancient method using seawater and seaweed from the Seto Inland Sea.
