How to Enjoy
Odawara Bay Mackerel Pasta
Ingredients (serves 2)
- 50g - Odawara Bay Mackerel
- 200g pasta
- 4 or 5 shiso leaves
- Shiso leaves, to taste
- Boil water, add salt, and cook pasta as directed.
- Heat up the Odawara Bay Mackerel in a frying pan.
- Add 4 tablespoons of pasta cooking water and the cooked pasta to the frying pan.
- Place on a plate and sprinkle with shiso leaves.
- The amount of mackerel in oil can be adjusted as you like.
- If you use chili peppers instead, you can enjoy the pasta like pepperoncino!
