Kuzukiri Noodle Jelly 3 Flavors
Kuzukiri is a traditional Japanese sweet made from the root of the kuzu plant.
The kuzu powder is dissolved in water, placed in a mold, heated, and then hardened into a board shape and cut into long, thin noodles.
Unlike the basic Kuzukiri, which is eaten with brown sugar syrup, this is a "Fruit Kuzu kiri" eaten with fruit.
Not only it's healthy and no flavoring is used, it has been a favorite in Kanazawa, Ishikawa Prefecture, a fierce battle ground for Japanese confectionaries, for more than 20 years.
Including Japanese fruits, three kinds of fruits were selected as suitable for Kuzukiri: Ehime Sweet Summer Orange, Setoda Lemon, and Mango.
Each contains fruit pulp, allowing you to enjoy the harmony of the kuzukiri, fruit pulp, and fruit syrup.
It is recommended to be served chilled in the refrigerator.
3 flavors to enjoy
1. Ehime Sweet Summer Orange
Made from the pulp of sweet summer fruits from the citrus kingdom of Ehime and southern Kyushu.
The plump texture is irresistible.
2. Setoda Lemon
Using lemon from Setoda city, Hiroshima Prefecture, the birthplace of the Japanese lemon.
The refreshing acidity is perfect for a hot day.
3. Mango
The combination of Mango and Kuzukiri noodle never go wrong!
Rich taste of mango and refreshing kuzukiri texture is irresible.
20 years of development experience
The flavoring-free fruit kuzukiri took more than 20 years to develop.
While kuzukiri is usually served as Japanese sweets with brown sugar syrup, the combination of seasonal fruits makes it a refreshing sweet.
It is popular for its richness and elastic texture.
It's well-received in Japan!
"The combination of kuzukiri and fruit is not only delicious but also healthy, making it a great choice for women.
When you want something sweet, after-dinner dessert, when it is hot and you have no appetite, etc., you can enjoy it.
The smooth texture of the kuzukiri is the most delicious."
"It tastes great stored at room temperature, but it tastes even better when cooled about 2 hours before eating.
It is a small pleasure on a hot day when you don't want to go outside.
You can eat the inside of the ice cream with a sip of the juice, but you can also drink the juice with soda for a double treat!"
