Fusion of traditional Japanese confections and cream cheese

It is based on the "Beans Paste", the ingredient that is said to most express the characteristics of a traditional Japanese confections, fusion with western cream cheese and white miso paste.

Using Yuzu from Kochi Prefecture
It is made from whole Tosa yuzu, a specialty of the yuzu kingdom of Kochi Prefecture, and has a refined taste that blends the fresh flavor of the yuzu itself with the sweetness of the honey.

Story of Yachiyorozu
It is a Japanese restaurant and yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurant located in Kanda-city, a short distance away from Kochi City, Kochi prefecture and offering dishes that make full use of the bounty of Kochi's rich natural environment based on more than 10 years of experience as a Japanese chef. Sweets made with ingredients unique to Tosa, Kochi prefecture are also popular among customers from inside and outside of the prefecture.
