Special Blend Cold Brew by Tea Master
Not only rare, it's a cold brew developed by the famous tea master
From Kakegawa Ippudo, a traditional tea house established in 1932.
One day, the tea master found that "Tea and coffee, although often thought of as opposites, actually have many things in common" and that's how he began creating coffee by utilizing his knowledge cultivated through tea making.
A home-roasted coffee with tea master's specialties from Shizuoka Prefecture.
The coffee is full-city roast so that it does not become diluted even with a lot of ice.
It is unsweetened, so you can enjoy it with milk or sugar, depending on your preferences. When served straight, it has a strong bitterness typical of iced coffee and a calculated tangy taste.

Tea and coffee, although they are often thought of as opposites, they actually have many things in common.
In the case of tea, a blend of aromatic tea leaves and beautifully colored tea leaves with a strong flavor is carefully selected and blended to produce a high quality tea blend.
In the case of coffee, blending is done by observing the balance and compatibility of bitterness, acidity, aroma, and richness.
There are many similarities in how they decide on the concept and how we express it, and that's how tea master began creating coffee by utilizing his knowledge cultivated through tea making.
How this Cold Brew starts?
In their store, where a lot of coffee lovers say "I only drink hot coffee all year round", there is little demand for iced coffee, and most of the customers are hot coffee drinkers regardless of the season.
But just one question from their regulars "Is iced coffee good?", inspired the exploration of iced coffee, and the coffee making process.

The essential thing for iced coffee is that the taste is not overpowered by ice.
This is the reason why coffee lovers are away from iced coffee, because the taste is diluted by the ice.
Therefore, they have developed a blend with a strong bitterness and a full-bodied taste. For a mellow aftertaste, they used famous water from Mt. Yotei in Hokkaido to achieve both ease of drinking and a strong flavor.
Enjoy it with milk!
