Overview

Cultivation of 150 years of craftmanship to turn shochu to one of the world’s leading liquor. Kajuku Imo is crafted by using the Hamada Syuzou distillery unique technology used to amplify the component in sweet potato to bring out the rich aroma.

How does it taste?

The first thing you will notice is the sweet, lychee scent as you open the bottle. This sweetness appears with a fruity and floral flavours of rose, pear and apple.

Used in Hôtel de Crillon - a luxury 5-star hotel -  on the Place de la Concorde that represents Paris, France. DAIYAME is available at the bar in the historic hotel, which was founded in 1909!
