"Jersey milk from Yukigamine Farm” is known as "the farm with the happiest cows in Japan”
Yukigamine Farm is located in the upper reaches of the clear Monobe River on the outskirts of Tosa Yamada Town, Kochi Prefecture.
On a vast 120-hectare farm, only 60 Jersey cows are kept free range all year round The cows eat the shoots of the healthy grass, sleep in the shade of the forest trees, and live in a relaxed, stress-free, and very happy way.
The milk is pasteurized at 65 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes from Jersey cow.
