Confectionaries have a long history and have been a part of the Japanese food culture, and have been a part of their lives in times of celebration, sadness, happiness, and gratitude.

Today, however, food safety is being questioned, and sweets are no longer accepted simply for their shape, color, and taste.

They pay attention to this reality and strive to create safe sweets that are not only delicious but also safe and nutritious.

Their main raw material is silkie chickens raised at one of the world's largest farms specializing in purebred chickens, located in Higashikagawa City, Kagawa Prefecture.

Silkie eggs have been attracting attention as an anti-aging food, and contain more vitamins and minerals than ordinary eggs.

They are proud of the fact that they use these ingredients in our products, which are delicious and contribute to good health.
